HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) is the term used to identify water tube recovery boilers inserted in cogeneration cycles with turbogas or “clean” process fumes. This steam generator, specific for the recovery of the thermal energy of the gas turbine exhaust fumes, provides the thermodynamic connection between the gas turbines and the steam turbines in a combined cycle thermoelectric plant. Each HRSG solution is to meet the needs of the customer according to the criterion of the widest operating flexibility.
FEATURES:
European Directive 2009/28/EC, taken from all national legislations, defines biomass as the “biodegradable fraction of products, waste and residues of biological origin coming from agriculture, forestry and related industries, fishing and aquaculture, as well as the biodegradable part of industrial and urban waste (MSW / RDF / SSF)”.
Our boilers are powered by biomass/waste to generate useful steam, through Rankine cycles, to the production of electric energy and heat (cogeneration or trigeneration), destined for civil or industrial use (district heating / cooling).
Heat transfer oil heaters can be realized by means of concentric helical coils or by multitubular structure, peripherally closed by skincasing, membranes, and refractories where foreseen.
The heat exchange between the combustion fumes and the oil takes place in countercurrent, allowing high efficiency to be achieved.
The heaters are equipped with a self-supporting base on which the oil circulation pump, the control panels and the control and regulation equipment are housed.
